We want you to love your purchase at Mio Mondos. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help with our simple and transparent return policy.


30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it.

  • Unworn/unused, with tags, and in the original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

  • If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.

  • Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective,

  • Damaged, or

  • You received the wrong product.

We will quickly evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care goods (beauty, hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Gift cards

  • Sale items

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your current product. Once the return is approved and processed, you can place a new order.
For defective or damaged items, please contact us first — in some cases we may send a replacement directly.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification.

The item must still be unused, in its original packaging, and you must provide proof of purchase.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about approval.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please note: banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If we provide a prepaid return label, the cost may be deducted from your refund.
